Raytec employs 10 people who have over 100 years of combined industry experience, with a variety of different business telephone manufacturers and service providers. Raytec has successfully installed and maintained thousands of business telephone and security systems, and are centrally located in Stow, Ohio, which allows them to serve the greater Northeast Ohio region, including Cleveland, Akron-Canton, Westlake, Kent, Medina, and Youngstown Ohio. We also serve clients in Columbus, Toledo, Wooster, and western Pennsylvania.

A graduate of the 1973 class of Akron’s School of Telecommunications, Rick started his career as a technician, was promoted to operations manager, and then transitioned into sales. After starting Raytec Systems in 1986, the company has grown into a premiere telecommunications and security/surveillance solutions provider.

Greg’s story with Raytec began working as a technician with Raytec right out of high school. Wanting to broaden his industry expertise, Greg left Raytec for about ten years to work with two other local interconnects. Throughout his career, he has installed phone systems in everything from small “mom and pop” shops to giant hospitals. But no matter what the size, he has always put his customers first. Greg shares his expertise with all Raytec personnel, providing technical as well as pre-sales engineering support.
